We are currently controlling over £1m worth of property across the West midlands and Overseas. This is only possible predominantly through great relationships with agents, advisors and lenders. Money is not always readily available and CTA have the necessary expertise to use intelligent investment strategies that are risk conscious and well mitigated thereby preserving your Capital in the process.
